Nigeria's Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo says his ministry will put every necessary mechanism in place to ensure that delegates coming in from various parts of the world for World Public Relations Forum (WPRF) Abuja 2026 arrive to standard and conducive airport facilities.

Keyamo, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) made the promise in Abuja while delivering his goodwill message at the national unveiling of WPRF.

Describing entry points as the image of the country, the Minister said no efforts will be spared to ensure that those coming in from across the nations of the world for the Forum are welcomed to state-of-the-art facilities that speak to Nigeria's development.

"I want to promise you that we are going to be ready at our entry points, which is actually the image of the country. As your first point of contact, we will be there at the airports to ensure that invited delegates see a good and welcoming atmosphere", he assured.

The Minister further announced plans to set up a VVIP department at the international airports as a way of improving service delivery especially for very important guests coming into Nigeria, a development he said will be fully functional before the November 2026 Forum.

While acknowledging the numerous values WPRF brings to the nation's aviation sector, Keyamo assured that the ministry's protocol department is poised to harness such support to further develop the sector.
