As the global attention shifts to Nigeria ahead of the World Public Relations Forum (WPRF) in November 2026, the President/CEO Global Alliance for Public Relations and Communication Management, Prof. Justin Green has announced that over 33 countries outside the African continent have indicated readiness to be part of the Forum which he hopes will be the "biggest" conference in the history of GA.
Prof. Green spoke in June, 2025 at the sidelines of African Public Relations Association (APRA) 50th anniversary conference on Mombasa, Kenya, where he noted that the number is still a little percentage to the total number of countries expected to be in Nigeria for the Forum next year.
"The world will be in Nigeria November 2026 for WPRF. Already, we have 33 countries from around the world outside the African continent who are already coming. We are now waiting to be joined by the whole members of APRA and the entire Africa at the biggest ever conference held, in not only African history but Global Alliance history", Prof. Green declared.
The same sentiment was also expressed by several other participants at the Mombasa APRA conference who said they are eager to be in Nigeria for the first time for the purpose of WPRF conference in Abuja and other locations across the Africa's largest population.
A Ugandan public relations professional, simply identified as Anyange said she has heard a lot of good things about Nigeria and is looking forward to be part of the delegation to be in the West African nation to have a first hand information about the warmth and hospitality of the people whose rich cultural heritage has been identified as outstanding.
"It is a big privilege and great honour to the country, to the country and the PR fraternity. So we look forward to Nigeria giving the world the biggest, brightest and boldest WPRF. Everything possible within the continent we shall do", a Board Member of Global Alliance from Kenya, Peter Mutie assured.
