To be joined by two other heads of state

Nigeria's President, Bola Tinubu is expected to declare open the World Public Relations Forum (WPRF) taking place in Abuja the nation's capital, this November.

He will lead other high profile guests coming into the country from across the world, including two Heads of State for the global event. This was announced by the President of Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), Dr. Ike Neliaku recently in Abuja.

He highlighted that the long list of dignitaries is aimed at making the one-week event truly the Biggest, Brightest and Boldest WPRF ever hosted by any nation since inception.

Dr. Neliaku added that the Chief Executive Officer of one of the three top public relations firms in the world will also be part of the programme.

"We can't be talking about World Public Relations Forum and we don't have at least one of the CEOs of the three leading public relations firms in the world. We want to have them, we want to hear from them, we need them to come and share their thoughts on the subject of responsible communication", he said.

According to the NIPR boss, leaders of top brands in fashion, entertainment and others, including United Nations representatives will also be part of the WPRF, the second to be hosted in Africa.

"We want to have people from around the world come to Nigeria. This is public relations. We want to make sure that people come and see what we are doing", he emphasised.
