WPRF: NPC Chair Urges NIPR Members to Take Advantage of Early Bird Registration

The Chairman of National Planning Committee of World Public Relations Forum (WPRF) Abuja 2026, Dr. Suleiman Haruna has called on members of Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) to utilise the opportunity of ongoing early bird registration to sign up for the programme.

Dr. Haruna who made the call in Abuja at the 4th quarter induction 2025 of new members into the NIPR fold noted that early bird window enables intending participants to enjoy a discounted registration cost pegged at $272 only for Global Alliance and APRA members, while non-Global Alliance and non-APRA members pay the sum of $305 only.

Also under the early bird structure, Global Alliance and APRA members who are 35 years and below, classified as Young Professionals subscribe for the global event at the cost of $100 only, while non-Global Alliance and non-APRA members under the same professional category are permitted to pay just $150. For students, the fee is pegged at $30 only.

"With your induction today as members of the NIPR, you can now enjoy the special discount we have introduced only for certified public relations professionals to participate in the WPRF next year. Do not stop at that, you are also expected to take the message to others and encourage them to register", he stated.

The early bird registration which started 20th October 2025 will run through 31st January, 2026.

Earlier, Dr. Haruna, also the Director of Press, Public Relations and Protocol, Federal Ministry of Information and National Orientation encouraged the new members to wear the NIPR badge with utmost integrity and honour, and avoid acts capable of bringing the Institute's name to disrepute.
