Visa Information for International Participants

Participants travelling from outside Nigeria are encouraged to make use of Nigeria's e-Visa, available at evisa.immigration.gov.ng. The application process is simple. Please note that not all nationalities are eligible for the e-Visa, so applicants should confirm their eligibility before applying.

Once issued, the e-Visa is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance, with a permitted stay of 30 days in the country. Applications are typically processed within 48 hours, and responses are sent to the email address provided during the application. Please note that the visa cannot be extended.

Nationals of countries not eligible for the e-Visa should apply through the Nigerian Embassy or Consulate in their country of residence. Where no Nigerian mission is present, applicants may apply through the nearest country hosting one, via visa.immigration.gov.ng. Participants should note the difference between this URL and the e-Visa portal above.

All foreign travellers are also required to complete an electronic landing card 48 hours before arrival to avoid delay at the point of entry. An exit card is also completed upon departure. The cards are available at lecard.immigration.gov.ng.
